How can I pay for tickets?

How can I get my tickets?

After your payment is confirmed, we will send to you a confirmation email and a receipt which will serve as your ticket.

Can I cancel and get a refund?

We are unable to give refunds for purchased tickets. You may however transfer your tickets to someone else.

How do I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Give the copy of the email confirmation and/or payment receipt to the person you are transferring to. Send us also a message (through email, FB message, Viber message or SMS) to let us know the name of the person whom you are transferring your ticket to.

Do I need to bring my ticket at the event?

Yes it is IMPORTANT that bring your emailed ticket and/or your payment receipt on the day of the event and present it upon registration.

Can I buy tickets during the event day itself?

While we will certainly welcome walk-in participants, we cannot guarantee availability of seats during the event day. So it is best to buy your tickets in advance.

Why should I attend the event?

This event will benefit seafarers and their family members by learning how to build wealth through savings and effective business investments in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).

Should I attend event if I am not a seafarer?

We encourage spouses and the adult family members of seafarers to attend this event so that they can also reap the benefits.
